Melissa Phan

Melissa Phan is a Senior Associate at Munro Doig, admitted to practise law in Western Australia in 2015. With a comprehensive background across various legal matters, Melissa now dedicates her practice exclusively to migration law. She offers expert advice to both individuals and corporations, specialising in complex employer-sponsored work visas. Her previous roles include working at a large migration agency and a boutique commercial practice. Melissa's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Asian Studies, from the University of Western Australia. Melissa's legal career began at Tan and Tan Lawyers as a clerk, followed by her position at Yung Nguyen & Co., where she gained valuable experience. She then moved to Interstaff, first as a Migration Administrator and later as a Migration Agent. Her career at Munro Doig began as a Lawyer, and she has since advanced to her current role as Senior Associate.
