Paul Kusy serves as the Director at Mylegal, bringing an extensive background in commercial law to the firm. Before joining Mylegal in 2016, Paul was a Partner at the Sunshine Coast's largest law firm, where he led their commercial department. His legal career, which began in 1992, encompasses a broad spectrum of property and commercial law, catering to both commercial entities and private clients. He offers proficient advice on wills, estate planning, and estate administration, consistently delivering actionable legal guidance in plain English to align with his clients' business objectives. In the realm of commercial and business law, Paul facilitates transactions involving the sale and purchase of companies, shares, and businesses.
