Angelo Bistolaridis

Angelo Bistolaridis serves as the Principal at Myra Aris & Co, bringing a wealth of experience in Family Law and Wills & Estates litigation. Admitted as a solicitor in 2014, Angelo has been involved in a multitude of cases encompassing jurisdictional issues with foreign courts, child support, and complex financial proceedings. He has represented third parties, corporations, trusts, and managed cases involving banking institutions and the Australian Taxation Office. His expertise extends to high-conflict parenting disputes and matters involving allegations of abuse, neglect, or harm. From 2020 to 2023, Angelo held the esteemed positions of Registrar and then Judicial Registrar at the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. During this period, he was instrumental in procedural and enforcement hearings, managing financial and parenting lists in the Parramatta and Sydney Registries. He conducted Family Dispute Resolution Conferences for parenting disputes and Conciliation Conferences for financial disputes, facilitating agreements between parties outside of court. Angelo is also a dedicated lecturer at Western Sydney University, having taught Family Law and Advanced Family Law.
