Juleigh Reynolds-McFadden is a highly experienced Licensed Conveyancer with more than 21 years of experience assisting clients through complex property transactions across New South Wales. As a senior professional at Network Conveyancing, Juleigh is known for her practical expertise, strong client relationships, and commitment to ensuring each transaction proceeds smoothly and efficiently from contract preparation through to settlement. Her extensive experience includes managing residential and commercial conveyancing matters, coordinating contract exchanges, advising during cooling-off periods, liaising with lenders and mortgage brokers, and overseeing all stages of settlement through the PEXA electronic settlement platform. Juleigh is highly skilled in ensuring compliance with bank requirements, government regulations, stamp duty obligations, and settlement timeframes while keeping clients informed and supported throughout the process.
