Richard Phillips

Richard Phillips, known as Rick in the legal community, is a seasoned senior solicitor with extensive expertise in commercial law. His practice focuses on contractual and property issues, banking and finance, and general business dealings. Rick's proficiency extends into the property sector, particularly in commercial transactions and development projects, with a special emphasis on vineyard and winery transactions. He is highly skilled in managing business sale transactions, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements. Rick has been serving as a consultant at NGJ Legal since March 2019, where he works on commercial transactions, property development, and investment strategies, along with banking and finance matters. Prior to this, Rick was a consultant at Brown & Associates, Lawyers from July 2014 to February 2019, dealing with similar commercial and property matters.
