Mark Schofield

Adrian is the Managing Partner for Corporate and Commercial Services, recognised for his proficiency in commercial law. His mission is to understand business owners' goals and diligently work to make them attainable and sustainable through clear, protective contracts. His collaboration with accountants and financial professionals covers business sales, client list transfers, succession planning, partnerships, and restructures. He has advised fund managers, dealer groups, insurers, and professional associations. An active member of the Association of Financial Advisers for over a decade, Adrian is a regular presenter at their events. Beyond his professional work, Adrian contributes significantly to the broader community. He is a committee member and past Chair of the Business Law Section at the Law Institute of Victoria and has served as a director at YGAP. Adrian is also involved with the Risk and Governance Committee at Brighton Grammar School and coaches at Mornington Life Saving Club. His adventurous spirit leads him to activities such as cycling in the Victorian Alps and hiking in Tasmania, while he remains dedicated to supporting his three daughters in their sports pursuits.
