Jesse Sharp

Jesse Sharp is the Managing Partner at P&B Law, where his career journey reflects a dedicated focus on commercial and property law-related practice areas. Starting as a Paralegal in 2009 at Michael Sharp Legal, Jesse worked alongside his father, gaining foundational experience in various legal areas such as commercial transactions, equity agreements, commercial leasing, corporate structures, intellectual property, and estate planning. The merger of Michael Sharp Legal with P&B Law in 2018 marked a significant progression in his career. As a Senior Associate at P&B Law, Jesse continued to expand his expertise, contributing to a collaborative team environment. In 2020, Jesse's dedication led to his role as a Partner, where he is committed to delivering balanced, quality legal advice aligned with the commercial realities his clients face. His approach emphasises building strong client relationships to provide tailored and practical services. Jesse's involvement in notable transactions includes the sale of a mattress recycling business, a construction business, car dealerships, and caravan parks, as well as commercial leasing agreements with prominent banks, supermarkets, and fast-food chains. Jesse's educational background includes dual degrees in Law and Commerce from Deakin University, complemented by leadership roles such as Vice-President of the Deakin Law Students' Society and the Australasian Union of Jewish Students. Outside of his professional life, Jesse is an avid Collingwood supporter and enjoys dining and travelling with friends, family, and colleagues.
