Lindsay Kotzman

Lindsay Kotzman is a seasoned legal professional serving as a Partner at P&B Law, a firm he founded in 1994. After earning his Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws at Monash University, Lindsay began his legal journey by completing his articles in 1985 and gaining experience at two law firms over six years. He briefly ventured into business, owning and managing tofu factories in Melbourne and Sydney, before reaffirming his passion for law. At P&B Law, Lindsay's breadth of knowledge allows him to navigate a wide array of legal disciplines, demonstrating a keen understanding of client needs and a strategic approach to solutions. His expertise spans property transactions, where he has represented both developers and purchasers in complex dealings, including city apartment blocks and residential developments. Lindsay's extensive litigation experience encompasses a vast range of disputes, from the intricacies of the Corporations Act to trusts and insolvency matters. He is well-versed in handling cases related to building disputes, leasing, partnerships, and debt recovery across several courts, including the Federal, Supreme, and County Courts, as well as VCAT. As a member of both the Law Institute of Victoria and the Society of Notaries Victoria, Lindsay holds a Diploma of Notarial Practice from Victoria University.
