Jesse Sharp serves as the Managing Partner at P&B Law, bringing a wealth of experience in commercial law and estate planning. He launched his legal career in 2009 as a Paralegal at Michael Sharp Legal, where he honed his expertise in commercial transactions, equity agreements, and intellectual property. His practice expanded at P&B Law following the firm's merger with Michael Sharp Legal in 2018. Jesse has played an integral role in the firm as a Senior Associate and then as a Partner from 2020. Jesse's practice focuses on providing comprehensive legal and commercial advice, encompassing equity agreements, sales and purchase of businesses, and corporate structures. His legal acumen extends to drafting contracts, advising on commercial leasing, and navigating the complexities of estate planning and intellectual property law. With a keen understanding of the commercial landscape, Jesse is dedicated to delivering quality legal advice aligned with clients' business objectives. He values building strong client relationships, ensuring tailored legal solutions that support their growth. Holding a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Deakin University, Jesse combines technical legal knowledge with financial insights. Outside the office, he enjoys following Collingwood, dining with clients and friends, and travelling when the opportunity arises.
