Nicholas Witherow

Nicholas Witherow is a seasoned Partner and Head of Litigation at P&B Law, renowned for his comprehensive expertise in property and business law. As a Senior Dispute Resolution Lawyer, Nicholas is adept at navigating complex legal issues with a focus on delivering commercially viable solutions for his clients. Nicholas began his legal journey under the mentorship of Bernie McMahon at Williams Winter, where he honed his skills as an articled clerk. His career path later led him to Environmental Justice Australia, where he served as Principal Lawyer. In this pivotal role, Nicholas led landmark litigation efforts against the AGL Floating Gas Terminal and the Glenaladale Mineral Sands Mine — noteworthy for being the first projects refused Environmental Approval since the Environmental Effects Act's enactment in 1978. Before assuming his role at P&B Law, he accumulated valuable litigation experience at multiple general practice firms.
