Stephen Page

Stephen Page is a distinguished director at Page Provan Family and Fertility Lawyers in Brisbane, celebrated for his expertise in surrogacy law and as a prominent LGBTIQ-friendly lawyer. With a career spanning decades, Stephen embarked on his first surrogacy case in 1988 and has since represented clients in courts across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and South Australia, distinguishing himself as the only lawyer to have appeared in surrogacy matters in these regions. Since 1996, he has been a Queensland Law Society accredited family law specialist, practising predominantly in family law with notable expertise in fertility law, domestic violence, and representation for LGBTIQ clients. Stephen is a Fellow of both the International Academy of Family Lawyers and the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys. Additionally, he serves as an international representative on the American Bar Association's Assisted Reproductive Technology Committee.
