Catherine Parks

Catherine Parks has been practising family law since 2004, bringing over 20 years of experience to her role as Director. Her career includes working with some of Sydney's leading law firms, where she has developed extensive expertise in managing complex family matters, including challenging personalities, intricate family dynamics, and detailed property portfolios. Catherine also handles a wide range of family law disputes that, while sometimes less complex, are equally significant to her clients. Recognised for her skills in parenting and children’s matters, Catherine was recommended by Doyle’s Guide as a Leading Lawyer in NSW in 2020 and earned a leading ranking in this category again in 2023. She holds accreditations as a mediator, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, and Parenting Co-Ordinator, and is a member of the Australian Association of Collaborative Professionals. With substantial experience as a litigator, Catherine is committed to helping families reach resolutions outside of court whenever possible, supporting clients through the often challenging process of divorce or separation with sensitivity and professionalism.
