Helen Park serves as the Principal Solicitor at Parks Legal, offering a robust legal background enriched by her admission to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia since 2009. Her leadership role as Director of Parks Legal, which she has held since 2014, is complemented by her experience as an In-House Lawyer for a boutique Land Surveying firm. This unique blend of expertise allows her to provide comprehensive advice that surpasses typical conveyancing services, particularly in handling the intricacies of 88B/88E instruments, easement creation, and complex land title registration from a surveyor's viewpoint. Helen is dedicated to advising Mum & Dad developers, investors, and small builders across New South Wales. Her focus is on ensuring smooth processes in matters related to council compliance, easements, dual occupancies, subdivisions, and conveyancing. Her approach emphasises efficiency, aiming for projects to be approved, registered, and settled with transparency through clear, fixed fees. Beyond her legal career, Helen has a diverse background in education and healthcare. She has been involved in lecturing at TAFE NSW for over 19 years and has experience as a casual lecturer at the Australian Catholic University, where she taught nursing.
