Holly Brooks

Holly Brooks is an accomplished Associate with Pemberton Robertson Family Lawyers, having joined the firm in early 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand, graduating in 2019. Holly was admitted to the High Court of New Zealand in 2019 and later to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2023, following her relocation to Perth. Beginning her career in New Zealand, Holly amassed valuable experience in commercial law, property law, and trusts and estate law. Her transition to Perth saw her initially practising in construction law before embracing a focus on Family Law. Her diverse legal background provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape, which she adeptly applies to de facto and marital financial matters and parenting matters. Holly is known for her pragmatic and empathetic approach, ensuring her clients feel both comfortable and understood throughout the legal process. Her commitment to excellence is evident in her active membership with the Law Society of Western Australia, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, and the Family Law Practitioners’ Association of Western Australia. Prior to her current role, Holly served as a Legal Consultant with Neuplan Pty Ltd and as a Solicitor with Claymore Partners Limited, further honing her legal expertise.
