Daniel Pedder

Daniel Pedder, an Associate Legal Practitioner, was admitted to the Supreme Court of Tasmania and the High Court of Australia in 2019. As an emerging barrister and solicitor, Daniel conducts hearings and pleas within the Magistrates Court of Tasmania, and handles parenting negotiations and cases in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. His involvement with the Family Advocacy and Support Service highlights his dedication to family law. Daniel is also an active member of several professional bodies, including the Family Violence Cross-Examination lawyers panel, the Law Society of Australia, the Law Society of Tasmania, and the Family Law Practitioners Association of Tasmania. Outside of his legal career, he enjoys exploring his passion for cars, has a fondness for all things Italian, and is an avid traveller.
