Aileen Challinor is the Principal and Founder of Pivotal Lawyers, a firm she established after a successful career as an in-house lawyer. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and two Master's degrees in Law and Legal Practice from the University of Technology Sydney, she combines her extensive legal knowledge with a keen business acumen. Aileen's professional journey includes significant roles as Legal Counsel for leading companies such as Hastie Services, Spectrum Fire & Security, and Chubb Fire & Security. These roles have endowed her with a deep understanding of corporate needs and the ability to deliver tailored legal solutions. Since founding Pivotal Lawyers in 2012, Aileen has led the firm in broadening its service offerings, always seeking talented lawyers who align with the firm's client-focused approach.
