Robert Byrd

Robert Byrd serves as one of the co-principals at PJ Donnellan & Co and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1992 after completing his BA LLB at Macquarie University. Since joining the firm in 1995, Robert has developed extensive expertise in property law, deftly handling conveyancing and a variety of complex property needs, such as easements, leases, and subdivisions. His acumen in this field is reflected in his long-standing service to local government authorities and developers. In addition to his property law practice, Robert is well-versed in wills and estates, offering guidance in will preparation, including testamentary trusts, and simplifying the Probate process. He is adept at managing estate administration and has significant experience handling family provision claims and will challenges, representing both executors and beneficiaries.
