Peter Muller

Peter Muller, a distinguished partner at QBM, has been an instrumental figure in the firm since 2001 and currently serves as the managing partner. Admitted as a lawyer in 1991, Peter began his legal journey on the Gold Coast and has since cultivated a wide-ranging practice in commercial litigation, commercial law, and estate matters, with a particular focus on property law. Peter's expertise spans a comprehensive suite of legal services. He offers insightful business and securities advice, handles caveats and related litigation, and navigates the complexities of commercial transactions and disputes. His proficiency extends to company dealings, including share transactions, and he has a strong track record in consumer law litigation, dealing with financial services disputes. Employment-related litigation is another area of his expertise, where he advises on general protections claims and unfair dismissal matters.
