Amy Biondi

Amy Biondi, an Associate at Quinn Emanuel's Sydney office since 2022, dedicates her practice to complex commercial litigation, representing some of Australia's leading companies. Her expertise spans class actions, insurance recovery, regulatory disputes, and directors' liability. Notably, she represents the Administrator of Greensill Bank in significant claims against insurers on trade credit insurance policies exceeding $2 billion. Before Quinn Emanuel, Amy was a solicitor at a prominent national law firm, focusing on government disputes, administrative law, and Royal Commissions. Her prior role with the Australian Department of Defence involved strategic policy and international law. She holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Arts from Bond University, where she was awarded the Vice Chancellor’s Scholar.
