Luke Beckingham is a dedicated associate within RMB Lawyers' Estate Planning Division, bringing a robust academic foundation and keen expertise to his practice. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of International Studies from the University of Wollongong, and further honed his legal skills with a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, Sydney. Admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2023, Luke is well-equipped to offer comprehensive guidance on inheritance planning matters. With a focus on Succession Planning, Luke advises clients on crafting both simple and complex Wills, managing Powers of Attorney, structuring Enduring Guardianship arrangements, and preparing Advanced Care Directives. His proficiency extends to Testamentary Trust Wills, and he is adept at navigating the challenges of disputing Wills. Complementing his estate planning expertise, Luke has valuable experience in the area of Conveyancing, assisting clients with property transactions. Originally from the Mudgee district, Luke relocated to the Illawarra for his studies and has since cultivated a strong commitment to client welfare and legal excellence. Outside the office, he enjoys a lifestyle enriched by exercise, outdoor activities, and traveling, reflecting his holistic approach to both personal and professional endeavours.
