His clientele spans corporations, government entities, developers, and national landlords and tenants. Bryce has successfully acted for high net worth private property investors and developers, including managing the largest flat land subdivision on the Gold Coast. He also provides strategic advice to government bodies on property law and major projects. His involvement extends to key industry roles, sitting on the Property Council of Australia Committee for the Gold Coast and serving on the Bond Law Advisory Board. His professional journey includes significant roles as Partner at Minter Ellison, where he led a premier real estate practice on the Gold Coast, and at Ashurst, where he spearheaded teams handling major disposals and acquisitions. Bryce has a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Aberdeen and further credentials from Queensland University of Technology.
