Richards & Evans is a boutique commercial law firm that combines the expertise of a large city firm with the personal touch of a smaller practice. Serving clients in South Australia, interstate, and internationally, we pride ourselves on being approachable and hands-on. Our team's extensive experience is led by principals Lucy Richards, a transactional lawyer, and Tom Evans, a commercial litigator, both practising since the early 2000s. In 2020, we were joined by Greg Tye, an intellectual property litigator with over 30 years of experience. Founded in 2001 by Rob Richards, a respected commercial and tax adviser, the firm has a rich history of delivering insightful and pragmatic legal solutions across a broad range of commercial areas. Lucy Richards became part of the firm in 2010, bringing expertise from her background in banking, finance, and corporate law. Tom Evans joined in 2017 with a legacy from Iles Selley Lawyers as a litigation partner. Together, we deliver legal services including business structuring, commercial transactions, corporate governance, and more.
