Kelly Hodson

Kelly Hodson is a consultant lawyer who joined the firm in 2018. She was admitted as a solicitor and barrister in Victoria in 2002 and holds admission to practice in the High Court of Australia. Kelly brings extensive experience gained both nationally and internationally, having worked in private practice as well as in-house roles. In addition to her legal practice, she contributes to the education of future lawyers through teaching at Monash University. At the firm, Kelly provides advice primarily in general commercial and corporate matters, as well as estate planning with a focus on high net wealth estates. She is also experienced in handling complex deceased estates and contested estate matters. Kelly is dedicated to supporting the community and bringing practical, informed solutions to the clients she serves.
