Tim Robinson

Tim Robinson, the founder and consultant of our firm, brings over 35 years of legal expertise. Renowned across Melbourne for his work in litigation and family law, Tim has held specialist accreditation in both commercial litigation and family law for more than 25 years. His extensive legal acumen is complemented by his service to the profession; he is a former member of the Council of the Law Institute of Victoria, past President of the Eastern Suburbs Law Association, and previously served as a Trustee of the Law Aid Trust. In addition to his legal career, Tim has been passionately involved in sports administration, notably spending 25 years on the VFL Tribunal, with his last eight years as Chairman. He continues to contribute to the community as a current board member of the Metropolitan Golf Club. Within the firm, Tim is recognised for handling complex cases and mentoring emerging lawyers. In recognition of his significant contributions, he was honoured with the Distinguished Service Award by the Law Institute of Victoria in 2021.
