Robyn Louise

Robyn Louise is the Principal of her own legal practice, focusing on providing personalised legal services with a fresh approach. After dedicating 17 years to her previous firm, including a decade-long tenure as a lawyer, Robyn decided to embark on a new journey amidst the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Her vision of doing law differently emerged during six months of working from home, leading her to establish a practice where client needs are paramount and legal services are delivered on her own terms. Based in the Ballarat region, Robyn assists clients across Australia with real estate transactions within Victoria, estate matters involving deceased estates in the state, and crafting wills, powers of attorney, and other essential life planning documents for Victorian residents. Her philosophy centres on minimising client stress by managing the complexities of legal processes and paperwork, allowing clients to focus on their core priorities. As a sole practitioner, Robyn ensures consistent communication and reliable support, fostering a direct and trustworthy relationship with her clients—a distinct advantage over larger firms. Robyn holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts, with a major in history, from the University of New England in northern New South Wales. Upon graduating in 2008, she completed a legal traineeship under supervision at Rhonda G. Wilkinson in Ballarat, where she was admitted to practice in 2010. She subsequently practised at Nevett Wilkinson Frawley following its formation in 2011, primarily dealing with deceased estates, wills, and conveyancing. Outside of her legal career, Robyn values her family as her top priority and enjoys travelling, photography, and reading in her spare time. Her mobile office often includes her two canine companions, Max and Jeffrey, adding a personal touch to her professional environment.
