Rochelle Belcher

Rochelle Belcher, Principal Lawyer, has been a dedicated practitioner of law since 1985 after earning her Law Degree from Monash University. Her extensive career began in leading family law firms, dedicating the first 16 years predominantly to legal aid. Recognised for her expertise, she became an accredited Family Law Specialist in 1997. In addition to her legal practice, Rochelle has imparted her knowledge by teaching legal processes at Victoria University and the Advanced Diploma in Business (Legal Practice). Her commitment to education is further demonstrated by her Certificate IV in Workplace Training. Rochelle is known for her empathetic yet incisive approach, balancing compassionate listening with a keen legal acumen. Her passion for justice drives her dedication to achieving the best outcomes for her clients, even in the most complex family law cases.
