Sarah Mooney is a seasoned commercial litigator and employment lawyer, whose distinct background in business management allows her to bring strategic insight, adept negotiation skills, and project management expertise to her legal practice. As Principal at Rockliffs Lawyers, Sarah leverages over a decade of legal experience, representing both claimants and defendants across a variety of courts and tribunals in Australia, including the Federal Courts and state Supreme Courts. Sarah's practice is centred on commercial litigation and employment law. She expertly navigates complex disputes, handling employment agreements, ensuring compliance with the Fair Work Act, and representing clients before the Fair Work Commission and Federal Courts. Her portfolio includes defamation suits, real estate and commission claims, consumer claims, and contested contract disputes. Notable representations include advising on shareholder disputes involving fraud allegations, settling high-stakes claims for investors, and defending clients in franchise and real estate matters.
