Michael Pharr

Michael Pharr, Senior Partner, serves as the Principal of the firm, where he focuses on direct and indirect tax, trusts law, business and corporate restructures, wills, estates, succession planning, and property law. Michael's clientele primarily includes high net worth individuals, private companies, trusts, and small cap public companies. He frequently collaborates with financial planners, accountants, other law firms, and professional organisations through referral work. In addition to his legal practice, Michael occasionally enjoys skiing and is an aspiring golfer. He holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours in Tax from London and is a member of several professional bodies including the Law Institute of Victoria, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners in the UK, and the Southern Solicitors Group, where he has previously served as President. His career has included positions as a lawyer at Rogers & Gaylard, where he honed his expertise in his various practice areas.
