As the Director of Ronayne Owens, which he founded in 2010, Alex offers unparalleled expertise to businesses of all sizes, having previously represented major finance companies across Australia. His legal acumen spans a variety of areas, including banking and finance law, transactional business law, property law, insolvency, debt recovery, and family provision claims. Alex is dedicated to collaborating closely with clients to simplify legal processes and consistently achieve favourable outcomes. Throughout his career, Alex has handled numerous complex cases in commercial and civil litigation, focusing on consumer claims, trade practices, and the Corporations Act. His proficiency includes managing disputes related to joint ventures, misleading conduct, building or construction, employee relations, and professional negligence. He is adept at navigating the intricacies of shareholder disputes and handling various aspects of banking, finance, and corporate law, from commercial agreements to corporate restructuring.
