Aimee Mundt is the Special Counsel at RTO Legal, where she leads the litigation and dispute resolution practice, expertly advocating for RTOs in diverse disputes. Her proficiency spans commercial litigation, including contract disputes and shareholder conflicts within educational businesses, as well as intellectual property matters. Aimee has substantial experience in handling insolvency-related litigation, providing advice on bankruptcy, winding-up actions, and intricate debt recovery scenarios faced by RTOs. She is a seasoned courtroom advocate who has appeared in both State and Federal Courts, consistently achieving practical and proportionate outcomes for her clients. Aimee is deeply familiar with the unique challenges faced by educational organisations and is committed to resolving conflicts expediently, enabling her clients to refocus on delivering quality training. Her professional journey includes pivotal roles at D&D Law as Special Counsel and Senior Associate, and at Thomson Geer as a Senior Associate for over five years. She also served as a Legal Officer at Animals Australia and gained foundational experience as a Law Clerk at Johnson Winter & Slattery. Aimee's expertise is further reinforced by her academic contributions as a guest lecturer at Griffith University and Monash University. Aimee's academic credentials are impressive, holding a Bachelor of Laws from Griffith University, where she was a University Medallist with First Class Honours.
