After completing a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations and Political Science in 2004 and a Bachelor of Laws in 2007, both at the University of Queensland, Teresa embarked on a distinguished legal career. With over 11 years at the Fair Work Ombudsman, she honed her skills in workplace regulation, compliance, complex litigation, and dispute resolution. Her experience includes advising a variety of clients, including businesses and individuals, on managing workplace risk and resolving sensitive employment matters. Teresa is recognised for her ability to provide practical, commercially focused advice and for successfully navigating cases through early resolution and litigation. Her previous roles, including senior positions at HWL Ebsworth and Commerce Queensland, further enrich her leadership at Saines Legal. Teresa's career is marked by her commitment to delivering strategic solutions and her adept handling of workplace disputes.
