Belinda Crawford is a distinguished lawyer with extensive experience in family law, having embarked on her legal career in 2001. Recognised as an Accredited Family Law Specialist through the Law Society of NSW, Belinda has honed her skills across various roles including mediator, arbitrator, family dispute resolution practitioner, parenting coordinator, and collaborative coach. Belinda founded Separation Solutions, a boutique Family Law Dispute Resolution practice, in 2021. Her prior experience includes over 15 years at the Federal Circuit & Family Court of Australia, where she progressed from a Judicial Registrar to a Senior Judicial Registrar. During her tenure, she managed numerous Case Assessment Conferences and Conciliation Conferences and was actively involved in court proceedings concerning procedural matters. As a Senior Judicial Registrar, she presided over complex cases, including those in the Evatt list with significant risk factors, providing her with in-depth knowledge of domestic and family violence and trauma-informed practices.
Earlier in her career, Belinda worked as a family lawyer with prominent law firms in Sydney and Parramatta. Her passion for aiding parties in reaching amicable resolutions to their family law issues led her towards dispute resolution services. Belinda's broad experience encompasses various financial and parenting cases, including those involving substantial asset pools and intricate family dynamics.
