Kate Richardson

Kate joined Septimus Jones & Lee in August 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Laws with distinction and a Bachelor of Criminology with distinction, both from Deakin University (2023). She completed her Practical Legal Training as part of the inaugural class of ACAP and the Law Institute of Victoria. At the firm, Kate primarily works with the Commercial and Property Law team. She also has experience assisting clients in the Wills & Estate, Litigation, and Criminal Law teams. Kate is noted for her practical approach, attention to detail, and communication skills, supporting clients throughout the legal process.
