Crystal D'Auria

Crystal D'Auria is a Senior Associate at Serein Family Law, joining the firm in July 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Commerce and Juris Doctor from Deakin University, followed by a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. Crystal began her legal career with Herbert Smith Freehills, where she completed the Graduate Program and developed her skills as a commercial solicitor before transitioning to family law. Her expertise encompasses all aspects of family law, with a particular focus on complex parenting and children's matters. Crystal is known for her empathetic approach and dedication to guiding clients through the often challenging family law landscape, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the process. She represents clients in both mediations and court proceedings, advocating fiercely on their behalf. Crystal's previous roles include positions at KHQ Lawyers, Southern Family Law, and Mornington Legal, demonstrating a comprehensive background in family law practice. Outside her professional life, Crystal enjoys spending time with her family and exploring regional Victoria.
