With an extensive background in structuring, corporate governance, and succession planning, she excels in mergers and acquisitions, including complex cross-border transactions. Julia is adept at handling the sale and purchase of businesses, establishing not-for-profit organisations, and managing intellectual property concerns such as trade mark registration. Her expertise extends to private client services with a focus on estate planning, trusts, and estate administration. A notable aspect of Julia’s practice is her deep involvement in the creative industries. She provides comprehensive legal and business affairs services to television, film, and digital media producers, supporting them through development, financing, production, and distribution phases. Her clientele ranges from producers, publishers, and writers to animators, directors, talent agents, and various digital developers, underlining her versatility and comprehensive industry knowledge. Julia's impressive portfolio as an Executive Producer includes acclaimed projects like The Bureau of Magical Things and Netflix Original series Mako Mermaids, among others.
