Warren Wood

Warren Wood is a seasoned lawyer with a robust background in both South Africa and Australia. Initially admitted as a lawyer in South Africa in 1997, Warren has extensive expertise in property law. After relocating to Australia, he began practising in Queensland in 2005, focusing on property and commercial law. His proficiency encompasses residential and commercial property conveyancing and developments, as well as assisting clients with leasing and business matters. Warren is currently a valued member of Smith & Stanton Lawyers, where he has contributed his skills since July 2016. His career path includes serving as a Senior Solicitor at Big Law Pty Ltd in Strathpine, Brisbane, where he honed his expertise in commercial property law from 2010 to 2016. Before that, he worked at Carter Capner Law, and Mullins Lawyers, further solidifying his standing in the commercial property domain. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Rand Afrikaans University, known today as the University of Johannesburg, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration and Management. Warren also pursued further legal studies at the University of New England in Australia.
