Glenn Smith is the founding Director of Smith Land Consulting, with over twenty years of experience in surveying and land development. Since the establishment of the firm in 2010, he has successfully transformed it into a respected consultancy known for delivering high-quality service, technical precision, and practical advice on development matters. Glenn excels in the subdivision process, possessing a deep expertise in cadastral law, subdivision design, and strategic development consulting. His comprehensive understanding of Victoria’s planning and land tenure systems enables him to provide clear, commercially focused solutions across a multitude of urban and regional projects. As a Licensed Surveyor, Glenn actively participates in the Association of Consulting Surveyors Victoria and the Institution of Surveyors Victoria, advocating for high industry standards. His career also includes significant roles as a Senior Surveyor at CPG Consulting and as a Surveyor at All General Surveying. Glenn’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Geoinformatics and Surveying from the University of South Australia.
