Richard Faulks

Richard Faulks is a distinguished litigator with over 35 years of legal experience, currently serving as the Managing Director of Snedden Hall & Gallop since 1997. Having joined the firm in 1981 and admitted as a lawyer in 1983, Richard specialises in compensation law, handling complex cases in industrial accidents, medical negligence, and catastrophic motor incidents. He has been instrumental in leading one of the first successful High Court cases related to Commonwealth superannuation entitlement disputes. His role extends to managing the Government Law team, working with various government bodies to provide strategic legal solutions and risk management.
