With a comprehensive legal career spanning over 25 years, Mark has established himself as a formidable presence in corporate law, equity finance, and capital markets. Mark graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1995, holding a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Accounting and Finance, alongside a Bachelor of Laws.
