Roger Steinepreis

Roger Steinepreis serves as the Executive Chairman, bringing over 25 years of experience in corporate and resources law to the firm. Roger began his academic journey at the University of Western Australia, obtaining a Bachelor of Jurisprudence in 1984 followed by a Bachelor of Laws in 1985. His career commenced with a focus on corporate law, equity finance, and complex reconstructions. From 1997 to 2014, he skillfully helmed the firm as Managing Partner, and since 2015, he has been leading in his current role. Roger's expertise spans a variety of sectors, notably mergers and acquisitions, energy and resources, and equity capital markets. He has been instrumental in advising on more than 40 initial public offers, showcasing his ability to navigate intricate regulatory frameworks and strategic acquisitions. His work extends to AFS licensing and managed investment schemes, providing comprehensive advice to both listed and unlisted entities. Throughout his career, Roger has cultivated a particular interest in energy and resources law, standing as a trusted adviser to diverse companies in this field. His leadership and in-depth understanding of the legal landscape continue to drive success and innovation within the firm.
