Michael Stork serves as the Managing Principal at Stork Davies Legal Advisors, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in general commercial litigation. He is adept at representing private individuals, SMEs, and ASX-listed companies in a range of legal matters including commercial and contract disputes, property and strata disputes, construction disputes, and wills and estate disputes. His expertise extends to employment law, competition, consumer law issues, bankruptcy, insolvency, and debt recovery. Throughout his career, Michael has been affiliated with prominent firms in Perth and beyond, successfully representing clients in various state and federal courts as well as tribunals across Australia. He approaches potential disputes by placing legal challenges within a commercial context, aligning his legal guidance with his clients' business objectives. Known for his competence in alternative dispute resolution techniques, Michael remains a formidable advocate in litigation, competing effectively with both national and international firms. Michael also advises clients on front-end commercial and property matters, valued for his comprehensive experience.
