Shannon Davies

Shannon Davies is the Principal at Stork Davies Legal Advisors, where he excels in front-end commercial law with a particular emphasis on commercial real estate transactions. His extensive expertise encompasses acquisitions and divestments of real estate, assets, and shares, as well as real estate developments and commercial leasing. Shannon is adept at handling loan arrangements, securities, and a wide array of general property and commercial matters. His client base is diverse, benefiting from his robust network within the Western Australian real estate industry. A former property law course director for the Piddington Society’s practical legal training program, Shannon has also been an instructor for the property law components of the Leo Cussen Centre for Law’s programs. His leadership extends to current membership in the Property Council of Australia's Retail and Hotels Committee, following his tenure as Deputy Chair of their Retail Management Committee. As a past sponsor of the 500 Women in Property program and a mentor in the Future Leaders initiative, Shannon continues to shape the future of property law.
