Amanda Burns is the Wills & Probate Practice Leader at her firm, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. She completed her Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws degrees at Monash University in 2002, before commencing an articled clerkship with Ryan Carlisle Thomas. Her commitment and expertise led to her becoming a Partner of the firm in 2013. Amanda's legal career is marked by a diverse background, having practised in areas such as employment, industrial, and discrimination law. She notably established the Superannuation Total and Permanent Disability department at her firm, showcasing her ability to innovate and lead. Currently, Amanda focuses her practice on Wills, Probate, Deceased Estates, and Estate Litigation across the Dandenong and Melbourne offices. Her comprehensive approach ensures that clients receive informed and compassionate legal guidance in this sensitive area of law.
