

Christina Pirina serves as Special Counsel, bringing a wealth of experience gained over more than two decades across private, not-for-profit, and government legal practice. Previously the principal solicitor at Macarthur Legal Centre for over ten years until 2025, Christina has honed her skills in advising and assisting clients on a diverse range of legal matters. Her areas of expertise include family law, wills and estates, credit and debt, and consumer law. Christina is also an accomplished author, having penned Dealing with Debt – a Legal Guide to Dealing with Debt in NSW, published by the NSW State Library in 2022. In addition to her legal practice, she is a trained mediator and an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. Christina contributes her expertise as a part-time general member of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, where her comprehensive knowledge and practical experience continue to serve the community.
