Prior to founding the firm with Matthew Hourn in 2008, Ross was a partner at two leading commercial law firms in Sydney, from 1986 to 2008. With substantial experience in transactional law, Ross holds a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney and is recognised as an accredited expert in business law.
