Geoff Adams

Geoff Adams is the Principal at Tri-meridian Corporate and Commercial Law Pty Ltd, where he has been leading the firm since its inception in 2006. With a career spanning over two decades, Geoff has garnered extensive experience in business, corporate, and commercial law, alongside his work in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and competition and consumer law. Having graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts in Jurisprudence from the University of Adelaide in 1985 and being admitted to practice in 1986, Geoff has cultivated a distinguished legal career. His early roles included significant positions at some of Adelaide's most prestigious law firms, where he honed his skills in a variety of legal disciplines. Geoff spent several years at Kelly & Co, where he eventually led the Commercial Enterprise and Tax Group, before becoming a partner.
