David Tyrrell is the Principal Solicitor specialising in Planning and Local Government Law, with over a decade of dedicated practice in Planning Law. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Newcastle, David focuses his expertise on representing developers, certifiers, and homeowners. His extensive experience includes a proven track record in the Land and Environment Court, where his strategic approach has consistently led to successful outcomes in obtaining development consents. David’s deep understanding of property development processes, costs, and timelines enables him to offer insightful guidance and effective representation to his clients.
