Her depth of knowledge ensures that clients receive expert guidance and answers to their conveyancing queries. With qualifications from Macquarie University and holding an unrestricted Conveyancing Certificate, Susan is a dedicated member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers. Before merging with Walkden Law & Mediation, Susan was the principal of Family Conveyancing Practice, a venture she initiated to provide focused conveyancing services. This merger has allowed her to broaden the services offered to her community, a mission she undertakes with great passion and energy. Active in her local community, Susan frequently engages in initiatives that foster community growth and understanding, such as presenting seminars on topics like first home ownership, retirement village transactions, and self-managed superannuation fund purchases. She co-directs Walkden Law & Mediation alongside her husband, Paul Walkden, underpinning the firm's commitment to client-focused legal practice.
