Dushka Frketic-Vasov

Dushka Frketic-Vasov is a Senior Associate with extensive experience in personal injury compensation law, handling cases involving motor vehicle accident compensation claims, medical and hospital negligence claims, TPD claims, public liability claims, and Criminal Injuries Compensation claims. Fluent in both Serb and Croatian, Dushka brings a diverse cultural and professional background to her practice. She earned her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Zagreb in 1985 and initially practised as in-house counsel in Croatia. After relocating to Australia, she pursued further legal studies, obtaining a Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University and gaining admission to practice in Western Australia in 2001, followed by admission to the High Court of Australia in 2004. Outside of her legal career, Dushka is a devoted mother to three adult children and enjoys spending her free time with her family, walking her dog at the beach, gardening, and indulging in music.
