Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Bond University. She gained admission to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2013 and the High Court of Australia in 2014. Her career spans various roles, including key positions at Corney & Lind Lawyers, Thornton Legal, and as Registrar at Hillcrest Christian College. Her legal acumen is further evidenced by her experience in the Supreme Court of Queensland, Federal Court, and other key judicial and regulatory bodies. Jessica also serves on the Board of a Uniting Church school in North Brisbane and is a Commissioner for Uniting Education: Schools and Colleges.
